With regards to your 2019 Tender Offer, you disclose that the amounts paid in excess of the fair value of the common shares repurchased, totaling $4.0 million, were recorded as stock-based compensation expense for the year ended December 31, 2019. Please tell us how this was reflected in the tabular disclosure on page F-28, which only shows $3.7 million of stock-based compensation expense included in the statements of operations and does not appear to be related to the 2019 Tender Offer. Also, tell us why the disclosures in various line items on pages 78 and 79 related to changes in stock-based compensation between periods appear to contradict this tabular disclosure. General 21.
